Scadență rata 1 și semnare contracte/Installment 1 deadline and contract signing

Stimați studenți/Dear students,

Termenul de plata pentru RATA 1 din TAXA de ȘCOLARIZARE  este data de 27.10.2025, conform Regulamentului de taxe 2025-2026.

Plata se poate face la Biroul de Taxe al UTC-N (str. Constantin Daicoviciu, nr. 15) până la ora 14:00 sau on-line https://websinu.utcluj.ro/taxe/default.asp până la ora 24:00.

Conform Art. 5.8 din Regulamentul ECTS, studenții care la data de 1 noiembrie nu au semnat Contractul Disciplinelor vor fi exmatriculați.

După această dată se va aplica Art. 9.2, a) și b):

Universitatea decide exmatricularea unui student ca și consecință a următoarelor situații:

a) studentul nu semnează Contractul Disciplinelor în termenul stabilit;

b) studentul nu își achită obligațiile financiare ce decurg din Contractul de Studii şi Contractul Disciplinelor.

 

The payment deadline for INSTALLMENT 1 of the TUITION FEE is October 27 2025, according to the 2025–2026 Tuition Regulations.

Payment can be made at the TUC-N Fees Office (15 Constantin Daicoviciu Street) until 2:00 PM, or online at https://websinu.utcluj.ro/taxe/default.asp until 12:00 midnight.

According to Article 5.8 of the ECTS Regulations, students who have not signed the Curriculum Contract by November 1 will be expelled.

After this date, Article 9.2, points a) and b) will apply:

The university may decide to expel a student as a consequence of the following situations:

a) the student does not sign the Curriculum Contract within the established deadline;

b) the student does not fulfill the financial obligations arising from the Learning Agreement and the Curriculum Contract.
